AN UPDATE TO OUR COMMUNITY ABOUT COVID-19

After a challenging time, we're happy to announce that we're starting to open some of our stores again!

We are re-opening some stores based on advice and recommendations from governments in each of the provinces that we operate in.

Bellow are the confirmed reopening dates:

  • Vancouver - South Granville - MAY 13
  • Vancouver - Park Royal - MAY 13
  • Calgary - The Core - MAY 13
  • Ontario - Oakville - MAY 19
  • Montreal - Sherbrooke (Westmount) - MAY 25
  • QC City - Place Ste-Foy - JUNE 1

 

We have made our in-store return policy flexible for all purchases made before store closures. We will accept any unused items with the original hang tags and valid receipt within 7 days of the reopening.

As always, our online store team is committed to serve you. In order to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, we would like you to know the following:

  • We are currently offering free standard delivery on all orders of $199+
  • Due to additional safety measures in place, it is taking a little longer to ship orders and process returns.
  • Our delivery options are currently limited to standard shipping.
  • We have additional health and safety measures in place to protect you and our employees.

RETURNS

To return your unwanted items please visit our Returns Center

  1. Enter your order number and email address
  2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  3. You will get a confirmation email once the return request is approved.

Return Policy

You are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please visit our Returns Center and follow the steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please send an email to support@maskamode.com with the tracking number of the shipment. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to the same payment method you use to complete your purchase or a credit note to your email that you will be able to use online. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to return or exchange your items in store, in store return periods will be extended to 7 days from when our stores reopen.

*Please note that all sale items and items purchased with a promotional code or during a Buy One Get One promotion can only be returned by mail for an online credit note or exchanged in store for any item of the same price or more expensive.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you wish to cancel your order, you're welcome to do so within 24 hours of your purchase.
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

SAFETY

Our stores, head-office and distribution center is being regularly cleaned and sanitized and all employees are taking precautionary health measures including frequent hand washing and social distancing.
