We're very happy to announce the reopening of all of our boutiques based on advice and recommendations from governments in each of the provinces that we operate in.

    We have made our in-store return policy flexible for all purchases made before store closures. We will accept any unused items with the original hang tags and valid receipt within 7 days of the reopening.

    We're looking forward seeing you in our boutiques!

    As always, our online store team is committed to serve you. In order to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, we would like you to know the following:

    • Due to additional safety measures in place, it is taking a little longer to ship orders and process returns.
    • Our delivery options are currently limited to standard shipping.
    • We have additional health and safety measures in place to protect you and our employees.

    RETURNS

    To return your unwanted items please visit our Returns Center

    1. Enter your order number and email address
    2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    3. You will get a confirmation email with your return label once the return request is approved.

    Return Policy for Online Orders

    There are two ways of returning your items: in store or by mail.

    You are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached within 7 days of receiving your order.

    To return your unwanted items by mail please visit our Returns Center

    1. Enter your order number and email address
    2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    3. You will get a confirmation email with your return label once the return request is approved.

    A return fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund / gift card credit. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to the same payment method you use to complete your purchase or a credit note to your email that you will be able to use online. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you wish to exchange your items in store, you can visit one of our boutiques.


    *Please note that all sale items and items purchased with a promotional code can only be returned by mail for an online credit note or exchanged in store for any item of the same price or more expensive.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

    If you wish to cancel your order, you're welcome to do so within 24 hours of your purchase.
    We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

    SAFETY

    Our stores, head-office and distribution center is being regularly cleaned and sanitized and all employees are taking precautionary health measures including frequent hand washing and social distancing.
