• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Return Eligibility (ONLINE ONLY):
  • Under 30% off: Full refund
  • 30%-49% off: Gift card credit
  • 50% off or more: Final sale

  • Order number
  • Items to return
  • Reason for return
• $12.99 restocking fee
• Return shipping at your cost (U.S. & International orders)
• Refunds processed within 10 business days (excluding original shipping and duties)

Late Refunds: Contact your bank/credit card company after 10 business days

Order Cancellations & Price Adjustments:

• Cancel within 24 hours
• No price adjustments

Order Insurance:

• Route protection available; Maska not liable for lost/damaged items without it

• Regular price items can be exchanged within 3 days or receive a credit note (no expiry date, usable at any Maska store)
• Lost/stolen store credits cannot be replaced
• Sale items are final sale (no exchange or credit note)
